World Sustainable Development Goals Organisation, worldsdgs.org, an international NGO established under the United Nations Article 7 in the UN Charter in 1945 to support the UN's initiative in dealing with humanitarian related issues, UN- Global Goals, issues of crisis, and conflicts resolution has appointed a famous Liberian Bishop, Bishop Dr. Josiah K. Pah, Sr., as its Liberian Country Representative.
Until his appointment as the Liberian Country Representative, World Sustainable Development Goals Organisation, Worldsdgs.org, he was the Chairman, Board of Directors, Liberian Petroleum Refining Company, Member, Liberia Electricity Corporation Board, Republic of Liberia amongst many others.
According to the letter of appointment signed by the Member Board of Trustees, Alh. Yahya Muhammad for the Secretary-General, Board of Trustees, Prof. Sr., Bashiru Aremu, and the Secretary-General, Advisory Council, H.E. Wajdi Aref Moukarim, respectively, stated as follows:
"As the country representative, you will be responsible for representing the organisation in Liberia and working towards the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals in the country.
"Your duties will include building partnerships with local stakeholders, promoting awareness of the SDGs, initiating and executing projects within the 17 SDGs, and implementing projects and initiatives that contribute to sustainable development.

In a letter to the President of Liberia, His Excellency, Joseph Boakai from the organisation introducing Bishop Dr. Josiah K. Pah, Sr., as her Country Representative, disclosed that the organisation is ready to collaborate with the government of Liberia and other key partners to advance sustainable development initiatives in the country.
However, the organisation assured the good people of Liberia of a down to grass root project execution relating to the UN global goals (SDGs), starting from next month.
