Edo State Deputy Governor, Comrade Philip Shaibu, has felicitated with Dr Pius Egberanmwen Odubu, former two-time Deputy Governor of Edo State.

Odubu, a grassroots politician and chieftain of the APC was Deputy to Comrade Adams Oshiomohle from 2008 - 2016.

 

In his congratulatory message to his predecessor in office, Shaibu stated: "It's my pleasure to felicitate with you on this auspicious occasion of your birthday anniversary".

 

"Yours has been an eventful life, passionately dedicated to the service of our great country, Nigeria particularly our dear Edo State and humanity in general".

 

The Edo number two citizen described Odubu as a gentle, responsible family man with uncommon humility and loyalty.

 

"Like the quintessential gentleman and responsible family man that you are, you have proven to be an exemplar of a humble and loyal statesman".

 

"As a grassroots politician, your connection with the people, irrespective of party affiliation remains so cordial and it's worthy of emulation".

 

The Deputy Governor congratulated Odubu on attaining a new age, while praying for his good health and long life.

 

"As you add a new age in your selfless and exemplary journey through life, it's my heartfelt prayers that Almighty God continue to bless you with good health, sound mind and longevity".

 

"Once again, congratulations my brother, happy birthday cheers", Shaibu added.
