In demonstration of his commitment towards the forthcoming governorship election, the Edo State All Progressives Congress (APC) Candidate and Senator representing Edo Central Senatorial district, Senator Monday Okpebholo, on Tuesday, paid a thank you visit to Hajia Ashetu Oshiomhole, mother of the Senator representing Edo North District in the National Assembly, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole at the country home of the former Edo State Governor.
Senator Okpebholo said the visit was to thank the octogenarian for her support during the Governorship primaries and to solicit for her prayers to win the governorship election fixed for September this year.

Responding, Hajia Ashetu Oshiomhole thanked the APC governorship Candidate for the visit and assured him of her support to emerge victorious at the polls.
The APC Guber candidate was accompanied on the visit by the Executive Secretary of Akpakomiza Support Group and immediate past Zonal Organising Secretary of the APC, Dr. Barr. Blessing Agbomhere and other Chieftains of the party.
