As Nigerians look forward to Tuesday crucial Qatar 2022 World Cup qualifier between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and the Black Stars of Ghana, Coach of the Ghanaian team, Otto Addo has maintained that his team is not under any form of pressure despite playing away from their home.
Speaking in world press conference on Monday at the Moshood Abiola Stadium ahead of the match, he noted that his team has equal chance to wining the match just like the home team, the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
He boasted that despite just taken over the team as the chief coach, the team has made tremendous progress under his watch which was reflected in the way they handled the Super Eagles in the first leg match.
"The team is already playing well under my watch even though we did not win the match. The Ghanaian press was happy with our performance despite the team not scoring any goal in the fist leg played in Kumasi on Thursday. Everything in football is not about winning or losing. Some times you play well and loss and some time you play badly and win.
"As we go into Tuesday match I will tell my boys to just go in there and enjoy themselves. And after ninety minutes we see who will carry the day.
"We respect the Super Eagles and the Super Eagles respect us too. Nobody is favored until the end of the match.," he said.
