The Nigerian Army has debunked clams by a dismissed soldier, Trooper Temple Ahunanya that he was arrested, tried and sentenced to death for requesting better weapons to fight Boko Haram Insurgents.

The Federal High Court, Abuja on Wednesday, stopped the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) from retrying former Abia Governor, Sen. Orji Uzor Kalu over alleged N7.1 billion fraud.
