Senate President, Senator Godswill Akpabio has announced the Senate Majority Leader and the Chief Whip of the 10th Senate.
Sen. Opeyemi Bamidele, representing Ekiti Central is the Majority Leader, while Sen. David Umahi, representing Ebonyi South Senatorial District emerged the Deputy Senate Majority Leader.
Sen. Alli Ndume, representing Borno South got the Senate Chief Whip, followed by Sen. Lola Ashiru, representing Kwara South, as the Deputy Chief Whip.
Making the announcement on Tuesday during the Senate plenary session, the Senate President said the Senators were chosen by the APC caucus.
